     Maxi sys mini stuck on startup splash screen. Tried everything with no luck. Help!!

      Maybe touch screen froze.  Maybe could  try plugging in a USB mouse and see if you can navigate screen , hold power button , then select shut unit down unit .After start up see if  touch works again.
